These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Inward & Artward (“Company”, “me”, “I”, “we”, “us”), concerning your access to and use of the www.inwardandartward.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound any all these Terms of Use.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is the proprietary property of the Company and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by the Company or licensed to the Company, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property right and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. I, Erin Hallagan Clare, am committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand what information I gather, how I use it, what I do to protect it, and to assist you in making informed decisions when engaging with me.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to coaching, consulting, courses, or other programs which can be accessed via my website at www.inwardandartward.com. The terms “I”, and “me” refer to Erin Hallagan Clare.

DATA COLLECTION

I may collect both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information” about you. “Non-Personal Information” includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information I may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. “Personal Information” includes information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, address and email address.

In addition, I may also track information provided to me by your browser when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. An IP address is an anonymous bit of data dropped by all site visitors (both human and bots). I use this information for, among other things, the operation of the Service, to maintain the quality of the Service, to provide general statistics regarding use of the Service and for other business purposes. In general, I do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that we are required to provide to them in order to use their services. For these third-party service providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by such providers.

As part of the Service, I may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, I am not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by me through the Service. If you no longer wish to receive those email updates, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each update or communication.

I do not share any email information collected with third-parties.

Online payments are collected through third-party PCI compliant sites. Online courses and various client services are provided via third-party platforms. It is encouraged to review their own privacy policies in regard to activities conducted on those sites.
