AGREEMENTS + POLICIES

Please arrive on time and stay for the full duration of each session.
For certification-level programs, full attendance is required unless otherwise approved.
Participants are encouraged to engage with activities, discussions, and assignments to the best of their ability.
Camera use is encouraged for group connection (exceptions allowed for accessibility or bandwidth issues).
-

Treat all participants with respect and kindness.
Listen actively and honor diverse perspectives.
Maintain confidentiality: what is shared in the group stays in the group.
Avoid discriminatory, disruptive, or harmful behavior.
Know your boundaries and your edges; be mindful of what you ask others in the space to hold, as well.
-
Our online programs primarily take place on Zoom.
Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and functional audio/video setup.
Some sessions may be recorded for internal use only. These recordings will not be shared publicly.
Screenshots, recordings, or reproductions of sessions by participants are not permitted without permission.

-
We are committed to making our programs accessible. If you require accommodations, please reach out prior to the start of the program so we can work together to support your needs.
-
Our programs are not therapy. Facilitators are not acting as therapists or mental health providers. While creative exploration can be deeply personal, participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and are encouraged to seek professional support outside of class if needed.
-
Please respect boundaries around personal contact outside of class unless otherwise agreed.
Any concerns or conflicts should be brought directly to the program lead at hello@inwardandartward.com.
-
We reserve the right to remove participants who consistently violate these agreements, engage in harmful behavior, or disrupt the learning environment. Refunds will not be provided in these cases.
